Widgets Dashboard for Windows

For a windows user like me, can just watch with envy the new eye candy features in Mac OS X and you ask how can I have the same feature on my windows belove.

Before Apple introduced dashboard in their most recent Mac OS x, most mac users already may have widget on their workstation to Konfabulator by Pixoria Inc. "Konfabulator is a JavaScript for Windows and Mac OS X runtime engine that lets you run files shortly called Widgets that can do just about anything you want than they." Widgets can be clocks, calculators, could you you your WiFi signal strength seek the latest stock quotes for your favorite symbols and even give your current local time.

November 2004, Pixoria released Konfabulator 1.8 for Mac and Windows platform and its instantly bringing his famous functions focused on OS X (and widgets!) the ubiquitous Windows platform. There is a small community of windows users who like changing their default Windows turn to Mac OS X and with the availability of Konfabulator to run widgets, some talented developers began porting Tiger Dashboard to run on windows from the engine of Konfabulator and results is enormous.

And until today, a number of Dashboard Widgets has worn to run on windows to Konfabulator and another widget engine as Avedesk, Kapsules and Stardock DesktopX.

But most of the widgets, a be worn to run on Konfabulator because the responsiveness of the engine Konfabulator to run various kind widgets, like Tiger Dashboard. Below, a few popular widgets which are focused on windows.

Here is my first Konfabulator Widget. After seeing a preview of the Tiger (particularly the Panel), reading on a workaround for Windows (Konfabulator) and see the great work of Saladin and Ghostwalker, I decided to make my own contribution. This is so is the weather widget konfab clone.
